Why don’t you answer your phone?

No, we haven’t done a runner with your money. OK, so we’re not the easiest people in the world to contact - scattered across two continents, often working from home, never in the office, haven’t got round to fixing up voicemail. Yes, it’s pathetic, but that’s the way it’s gonna stay, for now. If no one’s in the office, we’re somewhere else. Email is by far the easiest way to contact us and we promise to always get back to you, FACT.

Email us at enquiries@nosaviour.com in the unlikely event you have any problems. Quote your order number when contacting us, and please remember that while we process most orders like greased lightning, you must allow 28 days for delivery.
